ABOUT ME
In 2022 I found my dream view.
Now I help others to find their own.

Hi, my name is Goran Božić. I used to live in the capital city of Croatia. The city of Zagreb is an amazing city that is home to some of the finest restaurants, museums and galleries, festival venues, music, and sporting events. After finishing my master’s degree in tourism management, I worked in a travel agency. We focused on creating tailor-made itineraries for people with different interests who wanted to experience Croatia to the fullest.
I enjoyed my work as I quickly realised how blessed we were to call this place home. However, I have always gravitated more to the sea and the coast. Once I got an opportunity to make a change, I decided to search for my dream view.
Now, I live in the gorgeous city of Opatija, which has the longest-standing tradition of tourism in Croatia. Furthermore, Opatija is home to some of the finest properties in entire Croatia. This time, I help others to find their dream properties they can proudly call home.
From a business suit
to a surf wetsuit.
My passion for water sports started in 2003 when I tried sailing for the first time. Fast forward “a few” years, and now I am a true water sports enthusiast. I simply enjoy being out there sailing, windsurfing, wing foiling, e-foiling, or stand-up paddling. Volosko is a small place that has the most constant wind statistics during the entire year. You can regularly find me there early in the morning having some fun on the water.
Naturally, one must have some food afterward. Right? It’s no secret that I’m the one always convincing my friends to go for a proper lunch after a surf session. Numerous dishes in some of Opatija’s restaurants will leave you absolutely speechless.
In addition to sports and gastronomy, I’m a fan of technology, music, and movies. All these elements have been reflected in my work as well. Sometimes I spend hours editing videos, and searching for the perfect song in order to create the most captivating content.
